location near Swan River, bicycle rental availability, proximity to ferry wharf
Struggling with excessive noise from dining areas and road traffic!!! Premium parking fees could show a little more compassion with disability permits!!! Air conditioning issues led to an uncomfortable stay.

Had very positive stay in all the nights with courteous staff and stunning location by the war memorial. Location: the hotel was adjacent to Close to Elizabeth quay, the river front, and other areas. East Perth district was worth staying in.

Would definitely recommend for a flash stay
Spacious room, comfortable bed, the large bathroom had both a bath and excellent shower pressure, while the convenient location allowed easy access to city attractions and provided beautiful views of the river.
Loved everything.

Nice view of the Swanriver. Very courteous staff.
Bathroom could use a renovation, showers in a bathtub are no longer up to date.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, especially at the reception where the team quickly arranged a room change for fine views. The room was spacious and clean, complete with a large bathroom and great shower pressure. The breakfast selection was very good, with home-made organic products that were delicious. The decor felt somewhat dated, and the parking fee was higher than anticipated, which could be improved.

Very impressed with standard queen room and enthusiastic staff from the concierge to the receptionists. Friendly check-in, parking outside. No charge for wake up calls, free laundry and ironing too...

Had a lovely stay! The room was super comfy, and I really enjoyed the outdoor swimming pool and the sun terrace for some relaxation. Just wished the pool area had a few more loungers available to soak up the sun. 🌞

location is great very near barrack st jetty ,river cruse etc and perth city . Staff were freindly and rooms were clean.but if i was to stay again i would go for room with a balcony veiw instead of delux room with jacuzzi as it has no veiw and is stuffy and shut in.
very disapointing not to have river veiw or balcony with a delux jaccuzi room. The room was average furnishings , inhouse movies pricey . restrant food fixed menu very high priced . we found parking was expencive $25 per night . In saying that overall experience good great for couple to tour perth location location.
